  • Event Crew (On-site & Virtual)
    Help run town halls and trainings: check-in, attendee flow, A/V support, speaker wrangling.
    Time: Event-based (3–5 hrs/shift)

    Community Moderator (Discord)
    Welcome members, share resources, keep conversations kind and on-topic.
    Time: 2–4 hrs/week, flexible
    Great if you: Enjoy online community care.

    Content & Resource Curator
    Help turn expert tips and city programs into clear, worker-friendly guides.
    Time: 2–4 hrs/week
    Great if you: Write clearly and love checklists.

    Partnerships & Outreach
    Coordinate with brands, venues, and civic orgs; track leads and follow-ups.
    Time: 2–3 hrs/week
    Great if you: Enjoy relationship building and tidy CRM notes.

    Education Support (Class PA)
    Assist instructors: slides, room setup, materials, post-class summaries.
    Time: 3–4 hrs per class
    Great if you: Are organized and proactive.

    Design & Media (Canva / Photo / Video)
    Create event flyers, carousels, short recaps; follow brand kit.
    Time: 2–4 hrs/week (or per project)
    Great if you: Have a visual eye and meet deadlines.

    Admin & Ops
    Light data entry, inbox triage, scheduling, vendor quotes.
    Time: 2–3 hrs/week
    Great if you: Love processes and tidy docs.

    Tech & Connection
    Helping with livestreaming and documenting.
    Time: 2–3 hrs/week
    Great if you: Gadgets and problem solving.

  • Do I need hospitality experience?
    No. Role-specific skills help, but we train.

    Is there a minimum age?
    Yes, 21+.

    Is this remote or in person?
    Both. Many roles are remote-friendly; event roles are currently in the NYC-area.

    What tools do you use?
    Discord, Google Drive, Canva, simple CRM spreadsheets.
